Perform Architect/Engineer Ser vices, general renovations and upgrades under a $ 4M IDIQ contract. Serve as architectural and engineering liaison between NEI leadership, operations staff, principal investigators, construction personnel, the community, and stakeholders for the analysis and preparation of NEI facilities project requirements and alternatives. Provide facilities furniture support services, minor room modifications, and repairs. We also perform work in animal environments and abided by vivarium procedures and rules.
