PEM is currently under contract with United states Department of state for asbestos-containing, lead-based paint, and other contaminated materials testing, abatement, and air monitoring for worldwide embassies. All the abatement work is performed in a manner which conforms to all US EPA and OSHA regulations. Appropriate PPE is utilized to ensure employee safety and ongoing testing is being done to ensure safe working environment without disruption to regular site operations and in cooperation with on-site personnel. With proper planning PEM has identified cost effective methods and solutions to perform abatement during the allotted time constraints. PEM also maintain Top secret/secret background and security clearance requirements and has completed work ordered so far with no reportable accidents, avoiding delays in scheduling and safeguarding employee welfare.
