PEM provided supervision, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform administrative and facilities/systems management support for the Ryan Center on joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) at Langley AFB. Services include preventative maintenance/repairs for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system. Provide numerous services including facility management, maintenance, security, record keeping, janitorial service and building exterior and grounds maintenance for this top security, mission critical communication center. The tasks also included 24-hour emergency response for facility contingencies with a response time less than 1 hour.
